“Those who are in mental spirituality will attempt to direct the whole expression of the universe with what their mind can label. They will feel that their path is the only path.”
Jackson: It would seem to me that in a wholly expressing person, the mind would have its part. It is part of what we are but we have a lot of focus on the mind being the most important part. It is easy to say, “I am playing games with my mind,” but the mind is a full part of us and a very important part. So a fully expressed person—heart, mind, body, and soul—is all parts working together as one.
Alana: Yes, your words embrace the orchestra of our being. This also brings us to the topic of mental spirituality. There are many benevolent beings that have found spirituality with established religions. Yes? They have found a beautiful connectedness and a sense of peace. There are also many within the various religious systems who will remain for a while in a state of mental spirituality. However, judge it not. Embrace all paths to enlightenment and God. Allow each to be a step of contrast and a step of declaration. Those who are in mental spirituality will attempt to direct the whole expression of the universe with what their minds can label. They will feel that their path is the only path.
But embrace their wisdom. It is a step. Allow it. Again, it is a step. Understand it. Then please eventually turn to your own existence and ask, “How does my spirituality serve me?” You may find that it brings joy because it helps you comprehend and understand that life has a purpose. As you find this understanding, you can now take a breath and expand yourself more. Guess what you will find? Perhaps that another aspect of your being is knocking at your door. And perhaps this will be an aspect of your being that knows how to allow the presence of your feelings. Yes, your feelings. And perhaps your feelings will lead to your emotions and they will say, “I feel so much! I feel a desire for discovery. I feel pain today. I feel grief. I feel joy. How could all of these feelings be limited because of my mental spirituality?” Perhaps there is an emotional spirituality?
Jackson: Is there an emotional spirituality?
Alana: Perhaps so. I will let you all ponder this thought! Maybe it has something to do with aligning your beliefs with the allowing of your heart.
