…Changing a state happens as energy moves and causes a release that allows space for new possibility.
Question: I am about to retire from my career and I got into some trouble which has caused me to become very depressed.
Can you give me some spiritual advice on how to move foreward?
Answer: Hello, dear one! Alana appreciates your question and also feels within you much confusion and quandary.
The Gift Within the Present Moment
What Alana would suggest is for you to recognize that there is nothing more powerful than the present moment. In other words, the future lies ahead of you and the future is not something that you can control from the future.
The past is behind you and it is now gone. Therefore, the only thing that you really have that can be influenced is the present moment. It is what matters the most.
The present moment is what will impact and is an influence that can direct your future. The past is behind you now and you can use it as a catalyst.
Dear one, Alana encourages you to recognize that your thoughts in this present moment and how you identify with them can shape your future and gives you opportunity to grow into a happier life.
Refelection Give Opportunity to Release
To begin to shift your state try spending some time in the present moment reflecting on experiences and subjects that have brought you joy in the past? Use the past instead of fearing that the future will look like what you judge was challenging for you in the past. Use it to change your perception.
What has occurred in the past where you have felt you have made a difference; times you have contributed to others that filled up your own being. Turn toward these remembrances because you can use them to remember what joy feels like.
To shift a unsettled state use the present to validate that which you are grateful for that you can directly contribute to your efforts in the past.
Now take a deep breath, feel both your fear and what you are grateful at the same time as you exhale and create space for the future.
Use this reverie and action to redirect your future from current worries and concerns as you begin to fill up your nature with possibility.
Your Thoughts Become a Mantra
Tell your God, tell the universe, tell the world that what matters are that which you cherish and provide a path to gratefulness.
Dear one, you create an image, or an impression to tell the universe, God vibration what you would like to have in your future. By devoting time to turn your attention and energy to imagining with your senses and feelings what you are grateful for, you begin to redirect possibilities.
This conscious intention influences your future and will help uplift your energy and sense of stagnation. It also helps to bring more light into your body as it helps to balance your emotions as you gain a greater sense of future possibilities.
How Possibilities Grow
Alana feels that in any moment we can redirect possibilities through the attention and intention of our current moment.
Also, dear one, recognize that by communicating with your heart, sharing your intentions, sharing what you feel while tuning into your needs and values others are able to gain a greater understanding of your situation and motivation.
So dear one, communicate openly with your heart. Communicate openly and honestly with you. These actions and awarenesses will lay a delightful foundation to attract love and new possibility. They will help shift what feels stagnent and troublesome.
Changing a state happens as energy moves and causes a release that allows space for new possibility.
Thank you dear one for your question.
